Doesn't look like salt burn - I use RODI water with 0 ppm. Had also read it could be nutrient deficiency, but I usually give osmecote pellet to the pitchers. The only other thing I can think of is I have been foliar feeding everything in this box with a stronger dose of maxsea - at between 100-150ppm twice a week. I can go out and take a better picture too if that would help, I know these pictures aren't the greatest

So, no previous leaves have come out like that? I have noticed new, emerging leaves tend to be lighter in color.
Perhaps the fertilizer is too much?

No, and both plants are identical in that their newest leaf is white. It's almost pure white, not light green or anything. I am going to re-pot tomorrow morning. Only variable I can think of is fertilizer - but wondering if anyone recognizes if this could be some type of pest as well. Or maybe root rot. Usually root rot in my experience is black leaves but I am still learning

Well, if you've had these plants a while then the light, water and humidity should be good. I don't think I've ever heard of fertilizing plants that strongly that often. But I don't really fertilize (besides with insects) at all so what do I know?

went ahead and repotted in fresh media hopefully that helps

Possibly variegation genes that have just decided to come out???

The leaf doesn’t feel dead or soft, it feels pretty sturdy as well. I don’t think it’s variegation, the mother plant was not advertised as

Just be aware that even a careful repotting will still cause the plant some level of stress shock. Slip potting reduces but doesn’t eliminate this. Sometimes it’s better to leave things alone until the plant gets over the shopping shock and is stronger. Hopefully yours continue to improve.

I’ve had it for around 8 months now- i was talking to someone on a different forum and they said they thought it might be the beginning of root rot taking hold potentially. I ended up putting it in a lot bigger pot and used 50+% perlite as well. The original pot was pure sphagnum and was from the original attempt at rooting (successful)

Absolutely!

You might want to isolate the plant for a while in case it is being caused by a virus. I have heard of various diseases and viruses that show up as variegated leaves.

Great idea I’ll give it the bag treatment. Was just reading about houseplants with viruses that cause variegation

Just posting an update to make sure I keep tabs. It does look worse at this point. Last pitcher never opened and growth point is the same white as the last leaf. White leaf has developed some brown spots
