Alright so latest update. Very strange, almost appears like a basal growth or activated node or something funky. Also some of the white has ended up turning normal green color, but different. Last pitcher to open looks very funky as well

Asking in another forum and they are saying it's mites 100%. It's hard for me to see it as I get home late from work with little daytime, but I'll try to take some pictures of the leaves to catch a picture as I didn't find much on the internet.

So just for anyone else that happens to find this thread with similar symptoms:

This is mite damage, and I have been told that the common 3 in 1 products are generally ineffective for fighting mites on nepenthes, and a product like AVID 0.15EC Miticide is recommended. On some nepenthes forums individuals sell bottles of it for around 20$, rather than purchasing the 100$ container. You really don't need a whole lot of this stuff and it goes a long way.
