They really don't give enough information in the specs to tell a lot. I would suggest, and it's only a suggestion, to have the light at about 18 inches above the plant and run the light for 16 hours a day. What is your current photo period and light height? Having something reflective (white board, mylar, etc) close by will help make the light more effective. Watch the plant, though, to be sure the light isn't too close (or too far away).

Have you figured out what type of pot that is, yet?

In door fly traps are harder. They need so much light and a dormancy. They also respond to photo period changes to tell it how to grow. I just keep them in my backyard, don't let them go dry and change the media every other year. EZ mode.
