I have a lot of empty containers with the TC gel in them after my first attempt. When it comes time to use them for replating and transferring plants can I pressure cook them again to make sure media and containers are steril? Also how long will the media last just sitting in the TC containers at room temp?

I would not recommend autoclaving them a second time as it could possibly degrade even heat stable components. We have used media up to 3 months old providing they appear "clean" and not dry.
When in doubt, toss it out.

Thank you for your input. I appreciate it. I was hoping I could pressure cook them again to be on the safe side because I don't have a designated clean area to work in. I will just try my best to keep them clean in the meantime.
