Hello

I've seen alot of posts about different LED lights, but they are all made to cover a large area and alot of plants. Im simply wondering if anyone know of an LED light that would be suitible for a single VFT plant. I would also like it to emit white light so that it's still enjoyable to be in the same room as the light.

Now I know that the plants dont need the full spectrum but im willing to sacrifice some wattage to get the white light. And speaking of watts, what would be the minimal amount of power output needed to grow a single VFT plant?

For one plant i expect youd be better off with a CFL.
