This is my first pitcher plant. I picked it up 3 weeks ago from a local nursery that carries Serracenias sometimes, to keep my Lowe's rescue VFT company. It was indoors near a southern facing window and pretty green. I also noticed it sadly had aphids when I got it home. Between treating for aphids and tossing it right into full direct sun its original 5 mature pitchers have gotten a bit burned but are still kicking. Its original 1 baby pitcher is doing well, though, as are at least 4 (!) other new baby pitchers just since 3 weeks ago. I thought for a bit I might have a free butterwort hitchhiker because I couldn't see any moss with the naked eye, but alas, on closer inspection, I guess it's just some moss sporophytes.
