Iam going to be repotting my flytrap in some peat moss and i was going to use half peat and half perlite. But i was wanting to know if perlite or vermiculite was better for aerating the soil for the flytraps roots? Also at what ratio would i use for the peat moss vermiculite? Thanks.

Perlite is better in my opinion. It does not compact over time. Wet vermiculite can be compressed into a hockey puck with a little pressure. I would stick with perlite or silica sand for carnivorous plants.
