looks like things are really kick starting early this spring.
vft flower stalks, sarra stalks, now i see my ping setho's has a flower stalk with some purple colouring (purple flower maybe?)

the ping's are just loving the artificial light :)

nice.its the first time ive seen a ping and they look MINT!!! but how do they catch their prey?

pretty much like a sundew, but pings secrete a slippery substance (but sundews are sticky) on their leaves to attract prey.
when the prey contacts the leaf they struggle, stimulating more glands to produce more mucilage.
some types curl the edge of their leaves a small amount to make a very shallow dish shaped leaf.
