I live in Oklahoma and summers around here can get in the upper 90's to 100's while in the winter get in the lower 20's and even lower. How hot is too hot? How cold is too cold? What should I do about the heat and what should be done for putting a Judith Hindle in dormancy?

Welcome to FlytrapCare!

I don't think you should worry about Oklahoma being too hot, but the cold in the winters may be a bit too much for Sarracenia. I think large plants in large pots with good insulation are hardy down to near 0°F, but do best when it's at or above freezing.

As for dormancy, I'd probably leave the plant outside until a hard freeze was coming and then move it somewhere protected (indoors, a porch or a garage) until the extreme cold weather passed.
