Following up on my previous post hoping to get some insight.

Hey friends, I recently got a new grow light, VIPARSPECTRA 2024 P1000 LED Grow Light (I will link it below) and I have it going for 16hrs/day. My last grow light wasn't strong enough and some of the traps got droopy and weak. This new light is great but I noticed that some of the trap leaves are getting dark, I am assuming this is burn?? Should I just let nature do its thing and let it be or should I give it less light for now and gradually increase it back up to 16hrs/day? thanks in advance!

Leave it alone, it's adapting to the new light. The existing growth will likely decline, but the new growth will be acclimated to the new conditions.

It's fine just make sure the light doesn't generate too much heat.
