this is the cheapest option i can find for perlite on ebay, has anyone used or heard of this brand “perlagro” and is it good or bad? i have searched for the company and cant find anything relating to usage carnivorous plants

The website, http://www.perlagro.co.uk/product/perlite/ , looks sketchy as all get out. Almost as if a five year old kid put it up. Going off of just that, I'd be cautious about this product.
The ebay listing looks legit, but we know those can be faked and padded to look above board.
You'll likely not find any information on its usage for carnivorous plants as perlite has a very wide variety of gardening uses. Carnivorous plants probably make up one or two percent of overall use, if not less.
I'd probably not get this particular product, too many red flags in my opinion.

yeah it does look realllly sketchy on their website, ill look for a different brand of perlite but so far all ive found is either extortionately priced or the postage is £25 :shock: thats the highlands for ya! :lol:

Read the labels, you're looking for perlite WITHOUT added fertilizers and other stuff. In America Hoffman and Esphoma are 2 good brands. Not sure if they sell over across the pond though.
