Mould?

This is the first time I've seen this, it looks like white mould and it's in one of my pygmy pots. It doesn't seem to be affecting growth, but it has been spreading. How can I get rid of it? Or is it safe to ignore?

I guess I’m. Lind or something as I’m not sure I see what you’re talking about. The white stuff I see looks like coarse sand. Is that the mold that your talking about? Btw, nice plants. :)
