While checking out at a local Walmart last night, I was transfixed by the sight of a tiny baby Venus Flytrap. I'd never seen one so I had to get her and bring her home. I know literally nothing about this little plant. I'll hang around here and try to change that.

Welcome to the forum IC!!! Lots of good info and people here! Follow the basics...good grow mix, good water, and good lighting and you should do fine.

As for my first flytraps, they have been alive since May of 2021. These came from tough stock, I think they must of been crossed with privet hedge or something!

Maybe IC is a slow reader? Could she still be reading the care sheets that evenwind gave her the links to? I mean, it's been nine days since she posted here and it only took me seven days to read the care sheets (I hear about as slow as I read).
