They're along the same lines as carbarup. There's never been an issue with them in an envelope as long as I squeeze out as much free water and air as possible so the machines don't pop the bag. If there are multiple packs, then a padded envelope is better. These all came in in a 6x9 padded envelope.

Order received.
Your order number is 1569.
I'll PM you shortly with a mailing address for your SASE.
Thank you for your order.

Reminder to all:
Please remember to write your Forum username and order number somewhere on the envelope or in a note.
I don't have access to a cross reference of real-world names linked to usernames.
Remembering these things helps me fill orders quicker.
Thank you.

Happy growing,
Chef

Gemmae and seeds arrived. They are mostly unmolested, despite the best efforts of USPS. They must have squeezed the envelope in such a way that it popped the ziplock bag and pushed the paper towel with the gemmae out and onto the anglica seeds. Both packages are sufficiently damp. Not a problem for the gemmae, but I'm not so certain for the anglica. Rather than trying to remove wet drosera seeds from the paper packet, I'm going to soak the whole thing and try stratifying right in the envelope. I'll have to get creative about sowing them, but that is a bridge that I'll cross when I get to it.

Received. Thanks!
