I have several of these that have taken off and I am assuming they are D.Intermedia mixed in with my D.Spatulata. However, I have been known to be wrong before so I am seeking clarification.

Yep, you've got weeds intermedia. There may be a possibility of hybridization, but they look pretty much like my weeds intermedia.
