Hey all,

I live in Georgia in a 7b zone, and it's starting to be around 66-70 during the day and around 44-50 at night, and I was wondering if now it's the time to start taking my nepenthes inside.

Is it ok to leave it outside if its 44 degrees at night, or is that just too cold and I should start moving them inside permanently for the winter?

Sounds good! I'll take them in tonight. Gonna be a challenge due to how huge it vined this season lmao.

Also do any of you know what I should do before I take these plants inside? Spray everything with neem oil or something to kill off any potential outdoor bugs?

I left one of these outside with low temps around 40 for a week or two. The plant was clearly quite stressed by the experience. After bringing it in it struggled along for a couple months before finally kicking the bucket. N. 'Miranda' got through the same experience without any major issues.

Same situation. Once it hit 42 the plant took a nose dive and I had to go into recovery mode.
