Just like the title states, Is it possible to cross pollinate species such as Sundews with Sars or other CP plant species? I have a feeling I might be laid up for the entire winter and want to keep myself busy with different experiments.

Anything is possible if something mutated to make tab A line up with slot B.
However, short answer, no.
Longer answer, Drosera are all the same genus, so many of them can easily hybridize if they have the same chromosome count, capensis x spatulata for example each have 40. But where the closest link Sarracenia and Drosera share is (I think) phylum, four steps up the taxonomic ladder, and that Sarracenia have 26 chromosomes vs 8 to 80 (depending on species) for Drosera, make it virtually impossible for them to cross breed.
