PM's are stuck

It seems that for the past couple dys my PM's have been stuck in my Outbox. There is no visible way of sending them from there. After I send a PM, it says message sent successfully but then I look and it is in my Outbox.

It stays in your outbox until the recipient opens is and reads it, then it is moved to your sent box.
