Update: Nothing happened since then. It didn’t grow any more roots and it didn’t die. It just exists. The only thing that happened is it turned more green. So yeah, propagating Sarracenia from leaf pullings is very hard.

Now that it has roots, you might try cutting the leaf back to the rhizome. That might kick start leaf production. That is just speculation, though. I have no experience with that.
