I know that on average traps without insects are suppose to reopen 24-28hrs and traps that are fed are suppose to open within 1-2 weeks unless they are consistently used but i'm noticing that my traps (newly formed) aren't opening..

P.S. the ones in red are new traps that accidentally closed yet they haven't reopened for at least 1 week and the ones in blue are traps that have insects that hasn't opened in almost 3 weeks.

also they are usually in a full sun lit area for at least 8 hrs and given 4hrs additional lighting when brought inside for the night

Make sure it gets enough light i think that usually happens when they dont have enough energy which is caused by inproper lighting

they are already having direct sunlight from 11am-7pm and the lights are on from 7pm-12mn.. at this point i'm guessing it's from constant movement from backyard to indoor
