I am glad I found this site, I bought my first VFT about 1 month ago and name it Moomfie, Moomfie has 6 green/red heads, with 4 black and 5 growing stems.

My first question is I tried to feed Moomfie today with a fly, but none of the open heads "took" it, is this maybe because it is still busy "digesting" the others?

It sounds like Moomfie's traps might have closed all they're going to. Traps can only open and close a finite number of times. Perhaps Moomfie has expended all of the times the traps can close.

Also, there really isn't a need to feed Moomfie. Just put it in a sunny location and give it clean water and it will do great.
