You could do some root cuttings. I had a plant that was looking a lot like yours, but I found one root that still had a little life in it, chopped it up into 1 inch pieces, put it under lights in live Sphag, and after a few months I had 3 or 4 small plants.

Never throw out a “dead” regia :lol:
I saw the first little bit of green a few weeks ago and now the new growth is catching its own dinner!
This is the same one from the photos this fall.
