Oh! Should I bring it inside then? That is transplanting the infected(for lack of a better word) moss and pot it into a Nep pot or something.

No, I wouldn't worry about it. Focus more on the Sarr for long term health
If you really want bismaquata, or any other Utric for that matter, you can readily get some in a trade, or only for shipping, from a number of fellow members come springtime.
