These plants haven’t been repotted for a while, do you guys think this is mold? All of my resident springtails have also been gone for a bit. If it is mold what should I do?

I don’t see any mold in pics 1 and 3. I wonder about pic 2 where the brown powdery looking stuff is on the Sphagnum moss. You can get a qtip with ISO alcohol on it and dab it to see if it sticks to the qtip. If it does it’s probably mold.
