Hey everyone,

It seems my Oreos are confused. They're still making carnivorous leaves! I know it's not a problem, but does anyone know why this is happening? It's definitely cold enough; it reached below freezing the other night.

Wishlist:
Anything I don't have that's interesting and/or with location data

They do things on their own timeline, they'll go dormant when they're ready.

Yeah, just confusion, it happens pretty regularly. Nothing to worry about. Mine OTOH haven't made a single pitcher (but still one flower lol) since they arrived around August, despite the jonesii and alabamensis from the same shipment going ham in the meantime.

It has been said by vile heretics in times long past that if your oreophila was significantly overwatered all season long it may produce phyllodia very late in the season, or some have even dared whisper, "not at all".
