I would treat them like leaf cuttings are place them on a heat mat under good LED lighting. You could also deflask them and plant them in LFS or peat. Make sure after deflasking you keep them in VERY high humidity and SLOWLY acclimate them.

How long do you think I should wait before deflasking? I want to keep them in TC for as long as possible so I will have more plants.

The pictures look like they already are up against the walls, it might already be time as those pictures were taken a while ago.
