Quick question. Any advice on putting them in distilled water vs. on growing medium?

On the media, they're already rooting themselves, you only might have to separate them after a year or so if you want.
Water, multiple plants on a leaf (possible) that you now need to separate and plant. if you don't kill them, then you're done.

Thanks! I tried both with my Graomogolensis, the water method didn’t work but the leaf clipping gave me 7 more plants.

Thanks! I’ll try the medium approach. I’m hoping they’ll grow like a weed too.
