Can someone help me figure out how to help my plants? I used to grow and haven't in years. These babies came in a couple weeks ago. I keep humidity between 70-85. Under artificial lights with a tiny bit of natural light later in the day

A pic might help, if nothing else but to identify what kind of plant you're referring to.

Nepenthes don't like a lot of direct light, most prefer a window with bright, indirect light. I'm not versed on grow lights, but it could be that yours is putting off too much light and heat. Try hanging it in front of a north or east facing window and see if it looks like it may be coming around.
