I got these a couple weeks ago in rough shape from a guy getting rid of his collection. It had very small pitchers with alot of phyllodia and the pot was full of grass. I've starting noticing signs of new growth and was wondering if these are the beginnings of new pitchers? Thanks in advance.

Yep, that is a new pitcher starting. If it is a flava, you may only get phyllodia this season. Also, you might consider repotting this winter and bringing the rhizome closer to the surface. A good rule of thumb is to have 1/3 of the rhizome above the surface. You can cover it with moss as a top coat.

Okay. I'm assuming it is a flava. I've gotten the feedback about being planted too deep on another forum. I'll make sure I correct that issue over winter. Thanks alot for your feedback.
