Is a galvanized tray ok to put my vft’s and pitcher plants in?

It is best to use plastic trays. The acidic nature of the soil that carnivorous plants grow in tends to oxidize metal and that will be absorbed into the soil.

The only metal trays I use for CP are Stainless Steel Steamtable pans from restaurant supply stores, like this: https://www.amazon.com/Winco-2-5-Inch-F ... ch&sr=8-12
