I would lean more towards tokanesis, I spelled that wrong, but most spatulatas in cultivation are actually mislabeled toks.

Aliciae is my guess, although the leaves look a little wide, indicating that it’s possibly admirabilis. Doesn’t look like tokaiensis or spat to me. You should know which South African species it is for sure when it grows up a little more.
