can pygmy sundew be grow on a windowsill with NO direct sun
note:the window sill is fairly bright

You live in asutralia pygmy sundews are from australia so why not grow it outdoor?:)

I'm no expert at germination without direct sunlight OR fluorescents, all I can say is I wouldn't count on the seeds germinating well without direct light of some kind. Indirect daylight is most likely not enough. If they do germinate and they continue to get no direct light, they probably won't do too well.

Should be fine if its bright, but an hour or two of direct sun would be better with nicer results.

Pygmy sundews grow in the scorching sun in Western Australia so I would recomend that you try and replicate this by growing them ouside in full sun.

Nope, just grow them out side in full sun.

No, what do you think happens in the wild?

The pygmies are OK with the rain if they are well established, if you are growing them from gemmae or seed, some protection will be required to ensure that they are not washed out of their pots. Otherwise, give 'em hell! Full sun, rain, whatever. Just the way that nature intended it to be.
