My VFT has just started growing two flowers. I would like to repot my plant and if I see any divisions separate them and put them in their own pots. Is this a bad time to do this when the flowers just started growing?

I only up pot myself in the growing season, but if they are healthy and you remove the flower stalks they should be fine.

^^^^ What optique said. Cut the stalks and repot, you're good.
However, don't simply toss the stalks. Put them in them in the media, cut side down, about an inch deep to try for strikes.

These little stocks aren’t barely an inch tall so I think I’m going to wait until they grow a little. When I cut them should I let them heal over and scab over before I put them in some media?

I'm no expert on flytraps but if you cut the stalks, I think the stump would eventually dry up/scab. Similar to how old traps/leaves dry up.
