I was looking at my vivarium and thinking about how well my plants are doing but they seem to not get the colors I want...
and then I was walking around town when I came across this little puppy :)
you can't really tell how big it is because my hands are freakishly big, but it's 25cm long!!!

It's a 65w 65000k 3150 Lumen daylight bulb added on top of the 4 tube T-5 fixture I already have. for now I'm running the T-5 for about 14 hours a day and I'll add the bulb at "high noon" for 2.5 hours, I'll keep adding time with it till I see some good results.
I made a ghetto reflector out of a tin cake dish that actually works very well :D
I'll keep you guys posted

That looks great! Thanks for posting. What brand is it, and where did you buy it or where can someone else obtain one? :D

The brand is Orsol, I just found it in a hardware store
here in Jerusalem so I'm not sure where you could get one. When I asked the guy for a 50+
light bulb he gave me the weirdest look and asked me
if I was planning on blinding my neighbors :)
I actually found an 80Watt one, but I thought it
would be a little much :D
