I was looking around recently and I found that black gold makes a potting soil that containes coconut coir and sphagnum peat moss with earth worm castings.My question is would earth worm castings in the soil be bad for the roots of a venus flytrap?

by my understanding,yes it might hurt your fly trap.

i suggest you to repot it into a new peatmoss and perlite mixture

Yes, it might hurt the plants. Earthworms have special calcium-secreting glands which neutralise humic acids - so the castings neutralise the pH of the soil too, and VFT's need an acidic soil.
