I am changing the way ties on voting will be resolved. In the case of a tie, I will review when the votes were cast. The entry that reached the number of votes first will be the winner. If there is still a tie, then we will go into a 24 hour run-off.

This rule will be for our standard photo contests going forward. It will not apply to the Holiday Extravaganza in December because that contest has a different prize structure.

I think dueling with cow patties would be more fun for the spectators. Just sayin'...
