I've been a bad plant mom. We have been so busy that I've neglected keeping a good eye on things.

These white things do not move. But there is ALOT of them.

If anyone can ID and help with a plan of action I would be very thankful.ImageImage

A bit hard to tell from the pics, but if they are basically arrowhead-shaped, then I'd say they're whitefly.

Update: I looked closer and in the second picture, if I zoom in enough, I can see the green aphids. I think Bioadvanced will control them but sundews go through a major pouty period afterwards. Could could try submerging the entire plant under water for a day or two. You could even try rinsing the aphids off with a strong stream of water. If you did that a couple of times a day you might be able to get rid of them.

Wow! Thanks for the zoom. Even looking w my naked eye I can't see them. They're getting put in ziplocks and drowned. I must not have inspected well enough when I brought them in. Thanks for the help!
