My bogs are just starting to put out new growth. My purpurea are still looking awful. Further investigation showed what I thought was mold, but it seems to move. I uprooted the plant. Pretty sure it's a goner but I wanted it away from my others.

Thoughts what these may be?

That infestation looks like white spider mites (the webs are a dead giveaway). Check the section in this article:

Your purpurea may not be a goner yet. If you spray it down with BioAdvanced 3-in-1 Insect, Disease & Mite Control, the plant might recover.
