I purchased a Nepenthes Gaya for 33€. I think it’s a lot but there are many growth points and it has nice big pitchers. I think it’s potted in coconut coir with peat and maybe sphagnum moss. I haven’t checked the soil TDS wet but it’s probably high. I have almost no experience with Nepenthes but I know Gaya is a good starter plant. So what is the basic care of this plant?

So I found some information. It needs very bright indirect light and the easiest substrate mix is sphagnum moss with perlite 1:1. It also needs humidity from preferably from 50% to 80%. Air circulation is also good. Also never leave it in a water tray. But I can’t find information to how much do you water it or how big the pot should be or what temperatures it needs or other more specific information.

Also what is this white stuff on the substrate? Is it mold?

I wouldn't worry about the white stuff, is probably just a fungus or something I always leave it alone. For all plants, there exists no set schedule for watering. I water my nepenthes and my Gaya the same way, which is to say when they need it. The pot can dry out a little bit between waterings. Depending on the size of the pot and the size of the plant, it will dry out slower or quicker so every plant is different. My Gaya doesn't pitcher unless it's getting enough light to redden the leaves.
