Those look way too big to be sundews, though it’s tough to tell the scale for sure. In this photo, I have 4-day-old sundews. The one on the right with the true leaf is only just over a mm across to the end of the tentacles. The others without true leaves are even smaller. I’m a complete beginner, so take this with a grain of salt, but my first sundew seeds started sprouting six days ago, so I’m literally staring at mine to compare to yours.

You only sowed them two weeks ago, you need patience.
While fresh seed has been known to germinate in under two weeks, it can easily take four, six, even eight weeks or longer. Most carnivorous plant seeds have only enough endosperm to feed a couple of leaves to get them growing to start photosynthesis. These aren't the bean seeds you grew in elementary school.
If your conditions are close to optimal, just wait.

I used peat moss and sand in a 50:50 ratio with special carnivorous plant soil.
I brought 200 seeds and put them into 5 pots and spread them out evenly (sprinkled) but it’s been 2 weeks today and there is still no sign of any seedlings. It happened last time and I left them for over 6 weeks and still no seedlings. Am I growing them right?

Without knowing what is in that special carnivorous plant soil, temperature, water, light, and other factors I can't think of because I haven't had my coffee, I couldn't say for certain.
However, most commercially sold carnivorous plant soils/medias are actually very bad for carnivorous plants. Peat and sand alone are perfect for almost all carnivorous plants.

Have you checked out growsundews.com? Here is a link to their page on growing sundews from seed. http://www.growsundews.com/sundews/Germ ... _Seed.html

If you go to the home page and check out the options on the right side, you will find lots of helpful information that can help with your adult plant as well. Maybe check it out and then come back here and ask some more specific questions. Hope this helps! :)

There is also a good chance that the seeds weren't drosera, lots of scammers sell bulk seeds but aren't actually sundew seeds.
