One of my koi fish died today. I'm pretty sure it wasn't sick, no signs I can see. Maybe it was old age. They were supposed to live 10-20 years but I guess that one had been sick a lot earlier. Well it kept hurting itself... But anyway, it had a short life. I had it for about 6 years. Typing this, I want to cry!!!

Hey Lily,
Sorry for your loss.
Sometimes we are closer to our pets than we are to other people.
Hang in there.
Peace!

Hugs Lily. The loss of a pet is truly a tragedy. Know that you have friends out here who care.

Sorry for the big loss lilly. I am a fish enthusiast too so I know how you feel. If there's anything that we can do here, just let me know.

I'm sorry for your fishy. I had a Betta fish (crowntail) that I really really loved, and one day it decided that he wanted to be human so he jumped out of the fish bowl and when I came back home from the grocery store the poor fella was dried. :( So then I got into aquaculture and I started breeding Betta Fish.

I had a few Bettas when I was young, probably 10 or so. One met the same fate as yours Sianurro. I also wanted to breed them. I was successful, but I can't remember what happened to all of the little guys. Seems like they either died or were eaten. So sad...
