Most sundews you can do a leaf pulling by cutting off an actively growing leave and sitting it on very wet sphagnum moss or floating it in a vial of distilled water. Flytraps are similar except that you need to get a piece of the white rhizome with the leaf. Sarracenia can have their rhizomes divided similar to irises. Some sundews also propagate from root cuttings.
