im gonna be gone from thursday to sunday. my flow stalk is getting really big and i didnt get peat moss to plant it yet. i am scared that if i dont cut and plant it now, when i get back it will be too developed... i might get some peat moss tomorrow but im not sure. should i let it flower?
anyone got some advice?

I would just put it in the same container with the plant it's growing from now. Then when it strikes and you're ready to re plant it, then I'd put it in the new pot. But if you're plant is growing that good now, it should do fine. (I'm no expert)

That flower stalk only looks like it is a few days from blooming. At this point, you might want to go ahead and let it bloom. I don't know if you'd have a very good strike rate with a flower stalk that is so developed.

You can place it in a ziplock bag with distilled water. It will strike there or you can plant it the minute you get some potting mix.
