I've always had problems growing my Drosera Adelae indoors under my Yescom225 growlights. They keep doing that thing where they grow, become big, then suddenly die off super fast and then grow back from the roots.

I was wondering, is it alright for me to grow them outside on my deck starting from this spring, and if this will solve that problem? I live in Georgia in a now 8a zone (used to be 7b). My deck gets direct sun, but there are a lot of trees around so there's some shade at some points in the day.

Always hot and humid starting from Summer.

Mine died outside last summer. Adelae is on of the few sundews that like lower light levels but they do like it humid. I may try mine outdoors with my neps this summer.

Do you guys think I should keep it away from my growlights? They're under my Yescom225 growlights right now and seem to do well right up until the growth randomly dies off and gets replaced by new babies lol.

My adelae lives in a west facing picture window. Mine's blooming currently and looking a bit rough.

And here's an old tray I called "the tray of adelae", it's long gone now though:
