Good Light Meter?

Can anyone recommend a good light meter at a reasonable price. Forget Photone, my phone will not download it and my tablet says it will only do one of the 4 or 5 tests on it. So, I am going to break down and buy one so I can check my lights with what I have against what is said to be best for CP's. Thank you.

I got a great Ebay deal on an expensive "Apogee MQ-500" to replace a cheap Amazon meter that didn't work. I had Apogee do a calibration on the sensor.
