Well, does this form of binata need stratification? Panguy is really confusing me...

If your seeds are under 2 years old and properly refrigerated, they should germinate fine.
On the other hand, if they are older than 2 years or don't have a collection date, it is common practice to either:
1. Put the seeds in very high heat (80+ degrees) for the period of germination, or
2. Stratify the seeds for about a week or so.
This applies for all Binata forms, and they only go dormant optionally, similar to capensis.
