I heard putting aquarium gravel into a plastic tray, then pour distilled water in the tray with gravel will increase the humidity around the plant. Does pebble trays work with nepenthes?

Hi Alvin
this is a tricky one ,as yes you need the humidity but not the pot in water , if the roots get to water logged there growth will be affected a huge amount , I found this out first hand many years ago !! this is how I do it I refer you to the ID part of the forum , look in my thread with live sphagnum moss posted by me, this helps by far the best I have found and save me posting it twice !!
hope that may help you Alvin
