So I have my first seedlings from @panman that started coming up. I just pulled them from the germinating tray so as not to choke them out. Am I correct in assuming I waited a little too long and burned the brown ones? I hopefully caught them in time to at least have saved a few of them. I guess I need to check them daily. They were all green a few days ago.
