I think food is the best medicine; a little of what you like does you good.

But back onto pings: Again, I quote, please do not try to ground down your pinguicula's leaves into milk and drink it. I do not know if this is safe.

Actually, some people used to put butterwort leaves with milk to curdle it, into curds (O.o) Which are edible

I have yet to try it
