Not sure if I should repot my Neps? What is your take on it? On another note, even though its growing a lot of leaves.. its stop growing pitchers. Any thoughts on this as well? Not enough light?

Maybe up the humidity a bit? I had a problem with a rescue nep, but increased humidity helped and it pitchered.

Anyone have thoughts if I should repot these Neps? Generally I would for other plants but I'm not sure if they really need it..

With Nepenthes, if you're having to water every day because the media dries out on top, time to repot. That means the roots are sucking up all the water, and it needs more. The exception would be if you live in an arid place that stays low in humidity, then it could simply be evaporation.
If it's any help, I have to water every other day, so mine are getting repotted next weekend.
